The research programme was undertaken to seek out the views of those over 50 and employers in Monmouthshire (Wales), Offenbach (Germany) and County Westmeath (Ireland). The research sought to identify the issues faced in employment, self-employment and volunteering and to make recommendations for actions to be put in place to address these.
