MePlan 50+ aims to contribute to both the re-integration and retention of mature people by developing a pathway of employment, self-employment and volunteering opportunities through the process of ‘life planning’.
To achieve this the tri-nation partnership between Wales, Germany and Ireland, together with older people, employers and providers, designed and delivered a range of projects to identify and address the barriers faced by older people.
We welcome the views of individuals over 50, employers and policy makers to inform our work and impact directly on the future opportunities for all.
