MePlan50+ worked with employers to:
- Develop a pilot project within a public sector organisation (Monmouthshire County Council) to develop specific employment policies for over 50s.
- Work with organisations and human resource managers in Ireland, through the design, development and piloting of specific tailor-made training modules.
- Support employment of mature workers in Offenbach and promote opportunities for growth potential in employing the over 50s.
